Weigh out ingredients
You'll need oreos, mascarpone, sugar, egg yolks, heavy cream, vanilla, coffee, and cocoa powder.
Make the filling
Whisk the sugar and egg yolks over a double boiler until the sugar has dissolved. Whisk in the mascarpone, then fold in the whipped cream.
Dip the oreos
Cut the oreos to fit the cup, leaving as many whole as you can. Dip each of them quickly in cooled freshly brewed coffee while you assemble the tiramisu.
Start with the first layer of coffee dipped oreos, then an even layer of the filling, and lastly a dusting of cocoa powder. Repeat these layers 2 more times. Chill for at least one hour.
