For the strawberry syrup, you'll need fresh strawberries, sugar, and water.

For the ice cream, you'll need heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, salt, cheesecake cubes, and strawberry syrup.

Whip the cold heavy cream to soft peaks, then add the salt & vanilla. Continue beating until medium peaks form.

Fold in the sweetened condensed milk until just combined.

Pour a third of the ice cream mixture into a pan, swirl in the strawberry syrup, and repeat two more times. Freeze overnight.
