Red Velvet Bundt Cake

You'll need all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, butter, sugar, oil, eggs, buttermilk, yogurt, vanilla, vinegar, red food gel.

Make the batter

Beat the butter & sugars together, then add in the eggs. Combine the buttermilk and yogurt and warm in the microwave. Stir in the vanilla, vinegar, and red food gel. Set aside. Alternate adding the dry and wet ingredients until everything is full combined.

Bake!

Transfer the batter to a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes.

Top with Cream Cheese Frosting

Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar on low speed until fully combined. Add a couple tablespoons of heavy cream until the frosting has reached the desired consistency.
