For the cream biscuits: You'll need flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, butter, heavy cream, and turbinado sugar.

For the filling: You'll need fresh strawberries, fresh peaches, sugar, salt, cornstarch, and vanilla.

Make the biscuit dough, then chill for 30 minutes. Roll out and use a 1" cookie cutter to cut out mini biscuits. Freeze for 15 minutes before baking.

Toss together the strawberries, peaches, and other filling ingredients.

Transfer the filling to a 9" oval dish.

Top the filling with the biscuit dough, then brush with heavy cream and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.

Bake the cobbler for about 1 hour until the biscuits are golden and the filling is bubbling.
