You'll need flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, yogurt, oil, vanilla, lemons, eggs, and poppy seeds.
Make the batter
Combine the dry ingredients, then mix in the wet ingredients. Lastly, fold in the poppy seeds.
Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees F for about 1 hour.
Cool on wire rack
Transfer the loaf to a wire rack to cool completely.
Make the glaze
Make the lemon glaze by combining the powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Drizzle glaze on top
Drizzle the lemon glaze on top of the cooled loaf.
Slice & serve!
