Weigh out ingredients
You'll need brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, whole milk, vanilla extract, peanut butter.
Whisk sugars & yolks
Whisk the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and egg yolks until fully combined and smooth.
Add the milk & vanilla
Whisk in the milk and vanilla until fully combined.
Fold in the peanut butter
Fold in the peanut butter for 2-3 minutes until fully incorporated.
Portion the cookie dough
Portion the cookie dough with a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop and freeze for 15 minutes.
Roll in sugar
Roll the cookie dough balls in granulated sugar and place back on the baking sheet.
Freeze the dough
Use a fork to make criss-cross indentations, then freeze for another 15 minutes.
Bake the cookies at 325 degrees F for about 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
