Make the batter

Whisk together the pumpkin, peanut butter, and coconut oil. Then, add in the eggs. Lastly, mix in the oat flour and baking soda.

Pour batter into cake pans and bake at 350 degrees F for about 24-28 minutes.
Decorate the cake with whipped peanut butter as desired.
