You'll need flour, baking powder, salt, butter, sugar, heavy cream, yogurt, vanilla, and blueberries.
Make the dough
Mix the butter into the dry ingredients until they are pea-sized. Mix in the yogurt, heavy cream, and vanilla until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Chill & cut
Shape the dough into a circle about 1 inch in thickness, then freeze for 15 minutes. Then, cut into 8 triangles.
Brush each scone with heavy cream and sprinkle with turbinado sugar, then bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with a cup of coffee!
