You'll need flour, black cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, buttermilk, yogurt, vanilla, vinegar, butter, sugar, oil, eggs.
Make the cake batter
Whisk together the dry ingredients. Combine the buttermilk, yogurt, vinegar, and vanilla. Cream the butter & sugar together, then mix in the oil & egg yolks. Alternate adding the dry and wet ingredients. Lastly, fold in the whipped egg whites.
Bake the cake layers at 350 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes.
