You'll need all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, sugars, butter, vanilla, egg yolk, and chocolate.
Make the dough
Cream together the sugars and butter. Mix in the vanilla and egg yolk until fully combined. Mix in the dry ingredients on low speed. Lastly, fold in the chocolate. Scoop the dough and freeze for 30 minutes.
Place the frozen cookie dough balls on a parchment lined baking sheet. Top with more chocolate and bake!
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet, then top with flaky sea salt and enjoy!
