Weigh out ingredients
You'll need whole wheat flour, butter, cream cheese, salt, egg wash, herbed goat cheese, and sesame seeds.
Make the dough
Beat the butter & cream cheese together, then fold in the flour & salt until fully combined. Chill for 2 hours.
Assemble the pastries
Divide the dough into 10 balls, roll out each into a rectangle and spread a layer of herbed goat cheese all over.
Roll up & shape
Roll the dough up from the long side and seal the seam, then roll each end up to shape into an S. Repeat until all dough is shaped, then freeze for 15 minutes.
Brush pastries with an egg wash, then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the pastries at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
Allow the pastries to cool for 10 minutes then enjoy with a honey galze!
