You'll need chocolate, butter, cocoa powder, flour, espresso powder, baking powder, salt, sugars, eggs.

Make the Batter


Cream together the eggs and sugar, then add in the melted chocolate and cocoa powder. Mix in the dry ingredients and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Scoop & bake


Using a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop batter onto the prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake cookies for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees F until they are crackly, shiny, and appear set.



Allow to cool completely on baking sheet. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and enjoy!
