You'll need: overly ripe bananas, oil, honey, egg, vanilla, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, chocolate.
Make the batter
Start by mashing the bananas then whisk in the eggs, oil, honey, and vanilla. Then, fold in the flour, baking powder/soda, cinnamon and salt. Lastly, fold in the chopped chocolate.
1. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden on top and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool completely before cutting
Allow them to cool completely before cutting. Top with flaky sea salt and serve!
