Mini Flourless Chocolate Cake

Weigh out ingredients


You'll need chocolate, butter, cocoa powder, espresso powder, vanilla, eggs, and sugar.

Make the batter


Beat the egg whites and sugar together. Whisk in the egg yolks one at a time. Melt the chocolate into butter. Add the espresso powder, cocoa powder, and vanilla to the melted chocolate. Folded in the whipped egg whites & sugar.



Gently pour the batter into a cake tin lined with parchment paper and smooth out the top. Bake the cake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes.

Top with powdered sugar! 


Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan. As it cools it will fall and form more cracks. Gently remove the cake, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
