Weigh out ingredients
You'll need flour, bread flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla extract, egg yolks, chocolate.
Make the cookie dough
Beat together the butter and sugars. Add in the egg yolks and vanilla and mix until combined. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate.
Place 12 balls of cookie dough on one baking sheet, top each with more chopped chocolate, and freeze for 15 minutes. Bake for 15-16 minutes at 325 degrees F.
