Weigh out the ingredients
You'll need flour, cocoa powder, vanilla, eggs, salt, sugar, brown sugar, olive oil, and chocolate.
Mix chocolate into batter
Beat the eggs and sugar on high speed until doubled in size, then pour in the melted chocolate & oil, and mix until fully combined.
Fold in the dry ingredients until mostly combined, then mix in the chopped chocolate.
Fold in dry ingredients
Pour the batter into a 9" square pan and smooth out the top. Bake for about 35 minutes.
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan. Remove and cut into 16 squares.
Cool, then cut
