You'll need oil, sugars, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, zucchini, chocolate, and vanilla.
Make the batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, sugars, and vanilla. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Lastly, fold in the grated zucchini and chopped chocolate.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F, then turn the temperature down to 350 degrees F and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Allow chocolate zucchini bread to cool completely in the pan before removing and slicing. Top with flaky sea salt and enjoy!
