Dark Chocolate Malt Snack Cake

You'll need: flour, malted milk powder, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, chocolate, coffee, eggs, milk, yogurt, oil, and vanilla.

Make the batter

Combine the cocoa, chocolate, and hot coffee. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, malted milk powder, sugars, and baking powder. Add in the oil, milk, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla. Then, whisk in the chocolate mixture.

Bake!

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool completely before cutting
