You'll need flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, espresso powder, salt, yogurt, vanilla, sugars, oil, eggs, tahini, and chocolate.

Make the batter

Whisk together the dry ingredients. Combine the sugars, yogurt, oil, and tahini. Add in the eggs, vanilla, and melted chocolate. Fold in the dry ingredients, then the chopped chocolate.

Bake the muffins at 425 degrees F for 5 minutes, then turn the oven down to 350 degrees F and bake for another 10-12 minutes.

Cool in pan
