Double Chocolate Glazed Donuts

Weigh out ingredients


You'll need chocolate, cocoa powders, coffee, flour, sugars, salt, oil, milk, baking powder, greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract.

Make the batter


Combine the cocoa powders, chocolate, and hot coffee together. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugars, salt, and baking powder. Add wet ingredients and whisk until fully combined.



Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan about half way full.  Bake for 8-10 minutes at. 350 degrees F or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Make the chocolate glaze

In a small bowl, heat the heavy cream in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add in the chocolate and stir until fully combined and smooth. Dip each donut in the glaze and top with chocolate sprinkles!
