Weigh out the ingredients
You'll need gluten free 1:1 flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and oil.
Make the cupcake batter
Make the cupcake batter by creaming together the butter & sugars, adding the eggs & vanilla, then alternating the dry and wet ingredients.
Fill the cupcake pan with 5 tablespoons of batter in each cup. Bake for about 24 minutes.
Bake the cupcakes
Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
