Weigh out ingredients
You'll need all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, fall spices, sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs, yogurt, apple sauce, oil, and apple cider concentrate.
Make the batter
Beat the butter & sugars together, then add in the eggs. Alternate adding the dry and wet ingredients until everything is full combined.
Transfer the batter to a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 35-42 minutes.
Turn out cake
Allow the cake to cool in pan for no more than 10 min, then immediately turn out onto wire rack.
Add coating while warm
While warm, brush the butter-cider mixture on the cake & sprinkle cinnamon sugar all over.
Enjoy the cake while warm with a cup of coffee or hot apple cider!
